This is too broad a generalisation. Not every initial procedure triggers this mindset. This has been a life long thing for me, anything else now would be something that’s just arose or never bothered me before, therefore I won’t be having any other procedures.

The only reason to get that shoulder of yours done would be if it was causing you any physical problems that was impeding every day activity.

Well I’m not one to get into fights, but in terms of contact sports like wrestling/boxing, you can resume within 2 weeks with an implant and 2 months after genioplasty, although my surgeon recommended 6 months just to allow the bone to fully heal, which is fine because I don’t box anyway. So yeh, just have to make sure I don’t get punched for another month or 2 at least.

It feels pretty rigid, but because there’s still swelling and some mild discomfort when I press it, it makes me think it it’s still fragile, but as above, 2-6 month for anything full contact. It’ll act the same way it did before surgery.

Yeh my lower lip is still pretty swollen, or more just directly under it which is pushing it out. That was also completely numb until a week ago. It’s making kissing quite difficult lol.

Looks good. I'd consider it myself sometime in the future. Not sure what the hate is about - if you're unhappy about something and have the cash to fix it, why not? it doesn't sound like it was hugely invasive procedure.

So it just dawned on me since your chin wasn't that bad to begin with you just could've grown a beard to hide it. Did you at least consider this option?

Yeh but I’m not a fan of a beard on myself and it would have just felt like I was masking the issue.

The problem is guys born with no chins are low test beta's, lacking any masculine features or mass. So you might think you're a real man now with this surgery, but it won't result in more respect from anyone, especially women.
I give it a month before you find something else to blame your failures on and start saving for the next surgery

I chit on women in every thread for getting cosmetic surgery and being fake so I can't come in here and congratulate op when he does the same thing. I have no issues with dudes using self improvement means to enhance their natural bodies and abilities. Using surgery to change your look is the epitome of fakeness we see today.


To everyone congratulating the OP, I have a question. If Silencespeaks made a thread with a confession that she recently got a proposal from an amazing, young and rich Chad by using surgery to completely change her looks from a 3 to an 8, would you still congratulate her or would you be mad at her for fooling Chad?

Good question, but to add to this, I went on a date with a girl last night who’d not seen my before pictures. I showed her the pictures that I posted in the OP, didn’t bother her in the slightest.
