What rep ranges have you found best for progressive overload?
What rep ranges have you found to be best for progressive overload? For me I’ve found 5x5 to be the best, curious to know what other lifters have found to be the most beneficial.

5-10 for most lifts. 2-3 sets usually.

After being vaccinated weekly for 2 months I have found that it doesn’t matter how many reps I do, my next session in the gym I am repping the same weight out for cardio!!!

They both plateau out so I always would switch it up.
Few months 4-6 range
Few months 8-12 range
Although right now I’m doing weird full body cardio circuits where I do chit like rep an empty bar 100 times and fat bar pull-ups n stuff.

2-3x frequency incorporating both high rep (15 rep) and low rep (5-6-8 rep) exercises on different days.
