What made me quit was letting this one dude who was charged of sexual penetration free. He touched other men in prison and would frequently drop the bars of soap when black men were around.

Under what circumstances would someone be charged with Assault with Intent to Commit Sexual Penetration while in prison?

How would the prison infer the intent? Just because the perpetrator seemed so ghey that it was obvious?

He tried to penetrate but weiner was too short. Cellmate ratted him out to OP because he was mad he douched and lubed up all for a 2" disappointment.

Oh, we had regular pillows with feathers, sometimes they'd fight so hard the pillows would burst, and we'd pick up the feathers and gang tickle a guy until he was crying from laughter.

I still wake up laughing in my sleep from that.
