What is your favorite cuisine? Like what would you splurge out on?

Been watching youtube videos of people trying food in different countries and Italy stands out. Like even their touristy street food looks unbelievably good. Panini, raviolis, pasta, the meats are insane. Lasagna, the frigging coffee and deserts

Haven't had a good hibachi steak dinner in a long time.

I can make passable pasta dishes at home, though I'm sure it doesn't compare to being in Italy.

I would probably go with hibachi or a nice Indian place as it has been at least 3 years since I've been to either.
