OP,
theres a lot of bro science going on here. disregard them; you should be fine as long as you take your creatine in your anabolic window

You can load it, it will saturate your cells quicker, but there's no need if you're gonna take it indefinitely. 5g a day is fine.

seems that they're not exactly sure how much it does if it in fact does contribute.

Most studies for supps are focused on performance benefits. Both of these. The average lifter will hit full saturation with 3-5g daily for 3-5wks. Then depending on amount of muscle mass, maintenance can be easier with most people only needing a few grams daily to even every other day to maintain saturation.
I probably banged your mom.

Meh I just dump some in my mouth straight from the bulksupplements bag. Not like I’ve ever noticed a difference from creatine anyway.
Lifts:
Squat: 460x1
Bench: 400x1
Deadlift: 575x1
OHP: 250x2
Weight: 180 lbs.
Don't have heroes; look up to no one. Because as long as someone's leading the way, the best you'll ever be is second.

any form of working out in general increases DHT if you are anabolic its gonna affect you.
period.
theres no vagueness or anything inconclusive.
