i need 4.4 points from alex collins tonight.

in the event of an emergency where he suddenly doesn't play (was questionable all week), i have a couple options since it's a FLEX position. tre'quan smith is back apparently. is he my guy on the saints in that case? or perhaps kenny stills?

I was basically gifted this week. Up 60 and he has the Saints D and an empty TE spot left. Pretty sure he just gave up before the week even started with most of his team on bye or hurt. My byes this week work didn't end up biting me.

Man, my Arob in the 3rd, Dobbins in the 4th and OBJ in the 5th not looking so hot right now, let me tell ya. Never drafting before preseason is over ever again. Will happily walk away from a league.

Anyone stashing Deshaun Watson? Might grab him for my 2QB league just in case

On the flipside when you get the handcuff of the guy who died in the preseason for nothing, das it mane. Even better when you get Gus Edwards before Dobbins went down then flip him before he dies for DJ Moore.

ARob is brutal though. Thought he was one of the safer picks because he was "QB proof".

0.5 PPR. Assuming Miles Sanders is out this week, flex Gainwell or Chuba? Gainwell has a plus match vs Detroit (Chuba has a decent matchup as well vs Atlanta).

Chuba is guaranteed volume so I'd lean him. Gainwell could have 5 touches and it wouldn't be surprising.

Is Lazard going to play? I like Cobb but I'm an idiot so take that into account.

Last I read was: No Davante, no MVS and no Lazard, so idk who Rodgers can go to other than Tonyan and Aaron Jones. I think Cobb is a killer play for this week only

Need a QB for the week with Lamar on Bye and not having stashed one Im looking for waiver wire guys.

Right now im between Wentz vs Tennessee or Lawrence vs the Seahawks. Im leaning Wentz but his one game vs the titans earlier this year was his worst. Darkhorse for Matt Ryan or Jared Goff

Wentz has been pretty damn good overall. i wouldn't mind it.

who knows what you get out of lawrence. matt ryan never does it for me. i mean all these guys are capable of like 22-25 points. titans score a lot so that game might be a shootout.

edit - i would love Cousins vs Dallas if he's available.

I'm running Matt Ryan this week in my Lamar league. I like his matchup and he's quietly been averaging like 22 PPG this year. Thats all you can ask for out of your bye week QB.

Some taco just dropped Saquon but I'm next to last on waiver priority. FFFFFFFFF

edit: anyone hitting the panic button with Aaron Jones? I feel like if Lafleur thinks they will lose or its a close game, he's in. Otherwise it's becoming the Dillon show. Wondering if I should try to trade him for another top tier RB because in a lot of games he won't really be necessary and is very capable of posting terrible stat lines if they are killing a team.

same thing happened last year. it's just how they use him. jamaal williams used to come in for an entire series at a time. would drive me nuts.

jones is super efficient and a great player, they know that, they paid him. i don't think his role will diminish over time, it just won't ever be a total workhorse.

I think im just scarred from having Ryan previously and having him only put up garbage time points, which won't happen against a team as putrid as one led by Sam Darnold

Why drop Saquon instead of just trading him? Who'd he pick up?

Jones is about perfect for fantasy. He gives you RB1 numbers without the injury risk that comes with guys who get 25-30 touches.

Anyone have any thoughts on which QB to roll out? In a 2QB league with Carr on bye and people are hoarding QBs. I have ordered as so

Geno Smith
Baker Mayfield
Jared Goff
General Mills
White, the Jets rookie

tempted to roll out baker, but he's one sack away from season = over. Need floor and to trust my other players to do the rest, so thinking Geno is the play.

tell you what. cooper rush on dallas would be a sneaky good move. dak is looking less and less likely to go.

I like where you're going with that..I may go ahead and make that move, since I'm not sure if my roster will lock with Jeudy being active and still on my IR. How confident are you that Dak isn't playing? I heard Vegas odds adjusted as if he won't be playing. Also yes, no way I can watch Detroit play if I have Goff, even though I have Swift too.

Edit: man, just looked and the Cowboys have the Sunday night game and last I heard Dak is traveling and is a game-time decision. Idk if I can risk it.. but I want to. Geno plays at 3, so I could hold him til then or just go Goff as well

Edit 2: roster is locked with Geno in already so unless I want to drop Alex Collins or Lockett or Carr then Geno is my guy. RIP

JT and Deebo did enough for me to eek out a 1 point win despite Mahomes' performance.

Mahomes was leading the league before this week so I guess I can't complain. He did seem to be throwing more interceptions than usual tho :'(
