I think that’s why Patton was taken out by our own elites. He saw how savage the red army was and knew about the mass rapes they committed against German women. He wanted to go to war with Russia but his higher-ups refused. There was even a German general who pleaded with the US to re-arm his men and they’ll go continue holding back the Russians. Patton wanted to reach Berlin first but by then, Stalin had too much leverage with the amount of Russian blood spilled and all the territory they occupied. Patton could have saved East Germany or at least their civilians. There’s a reason why Germans fled west to the Americans because they were well aware of how poorly they’d be treated by the Russians and how well they’d be treated by the US. Americans didn’t really want revenge on Germany or at least not like the Russians did.

It still boggles my mind how Stalin’s name doesn’t hold anywhere near the same evil weight as Hitler. I think it’s because Hitler just looked the part, whereas Stalin just looked like any white dude’s uncle smoking a pipe, lol. And Stalin was not a particularly good public speaker at all.

But he did correctly diagnose the problems with International Bankers (who happened to be mostly Jewish) fukking over Germany after WWI, so he created his own currency tied into their labor force that hamstrung the banks and got his country out of all that economy crushing debt. If Germany hadn’t been punished so harshly after WWI, I’m not sure there’d even have been a WWII.

Hitler’s anti-semitism was weird because the doctor who treated his mother was Jewish and did it for free so Hitler had him protected from the Gestapo and called him “Noble Jew.” So he obviously knew not all Jews were these evil, scheming saboteurs.
