Still no taste or smell

Had Covid back in August, those senses immediately were lost the 1st day my symptoms started, when will they come back? I have no appetite, have lost 15 lbs and my desire to eat all together. I want it back, I want my smells back guys. Best thing is I no longer have to hold my breath during foreplay with my girlfriend though.

mine comes and goes. I use a gentle gum protection toothpaste and no mouthwash, seems to lower the frequency. Was my only symptoms. But knew straight away. 3 months now and lessening over time. Don't consume anything citrus or spicy, seriously. Not until it heals more. You need to give your nerves as much chance to heal as possible as 12 months is the usual healing window for nerve damage. Stay away from. Sodas and strong alcohol as well
