Millenials are just now starting to see some ramifications as we age into the truly young family bracket and see that a lot of people just aren't going to reproduce. This especially true among college educated whites.

That same problem will be exponential with Gen Z, I think.

It was pathological feminism and so called anti-patriarchy and toxic masculinity (mostly in the past decade) for Millenials, with some gender non-conformity.

Gen Z will face the same problems with itensified educational/income gaps in addition to an explosion in gender nonconformity programming and maybe even a complete dissolution of gender roles in the mainstream (were pretty close now).

There are a lot more conservative, family oriented people than we are led to believe but with the way social life is increasingly taking place online, that fact will become more and more obscured and distorted.
