A lot of suckers here in Australia took on mortgages because the banks made it so easy for them to get loans.

But the houses here are overinflated, good luck to them.

Lol my housing portfolio literally gained over 1m last year, been absolutely brutal with my rent increases aswell, feels good as a landlord to essentially double rent being received from 2 years ago haha cop that rencels!!! Keep paying my mortgage baby.

Literally laying on a beach and sending back rental applications to my property manager to increase rent by 30% each time the lease expires to my rentcel peasants hehe
