Wow, lots of similarities between the Covid shot and how Thalidomide was released to the public.
https://www.sciencemuseum.org.uk/obj...ne/thalidomide
It took five years for the connection between thalidomide taken by pregnant women and the impact on their children to be made. Not only did thalidomide change people’s lives, but it resulted in tighter drug testing and reporting of side-effects.
Thalidomide is a drug that was developed in the 1950s by the West German pharmaceutical company Chemie Grünenthal GmbH. It was originally intended as a sedative or tranquiliser, but was soon used for treating a wide range of other conditions, including colds, flu, nausea and morning sickness in pregnant women.
During early testing, researchers at the company found that it was virtually impossible to give test animals a lethal dose of the drug (based on the LD50 test). Largely based on this, the drug was deemed to be harmless to humans. Thalidomide was licensed in July 1956 for over-the-counter sale (no doctor’s prescription was needed) in Germany.

My point was that using thalidomide as a reason to question vaccine safety is a questionable argument.
No non-Iive vaccine has demonstrated negative effects beyond a year. The same cannot be said for sedatives and narcotics.

This Rona vax is a dead ringer for the tainted polio vaccine situation in the 1950s.
CLIFFS:
-Polio vaccine is the greatest thing since sliced bread
-Govt wants vaxes produced at "warp speed"
-Corners are cut during clinical testing and manufacturing
-NIH turns a blind eye
-Live polio viruses get into 120k shots, paralyzing 57 kids and killing 5.
Chit like this is why vaccine trials take years. When you go fast, you make mistakes. We've LEARNED from this, we MADE RULES because of this. And chit like this going to happen again because Fauci and crew ignored it.

On April 12, 1955, following the announcement of the success of the polio vaccine trial, Cutter Laboratories became one of several companies that was recommended to be given a license by the United States government to produce Salk's polio vaccine. In anticipation of the demand for vaccine, the companies had already produced stocks of the vaccine and these were issued once the licenses were signed.
In what became known as the Cutter incident, some lots of the Cutter vaccine—despite passing required safety tests—contained live polio virus in what was supposed to be an inactivated-virus vaccine. Cutter withdrew its vaccine from the market on April 27 after vaccine-associated cases were reported.
The mistake produced 120,000 doses of polio vaccine that contained live polio virus. Of children who received the vaccine, 40,000 developed abortive poliomyelitis (a form of the disease that does not involve the central nervous system), 56 developed paralytic poliomyelitis—and of these, five children died from polio.[2] The exposures led to an epidemic of polio in the families and communities of the affected children, resulting in a further 113 people paralyzed and 5 deaths.[3] The director of the microbiology institute lost his job, as did the equivalent of the assistant secretary for health. Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare Oveta Culp Hobby stepped down. Dr William H. Sebrell Jr, the director of the NIH, resigned.[4]
Surgeon General Scheele sent Drs. William Tripp and Karl Habel from the NIH to inspect Cutter's Berkeley facilities, question workers, and examine records. After a thorough investigation, they found nothing wrong with Cutter's production methods.[5] A congressional hearing in June 1955 concluded that the problem was primarily the lack of scrutiny from the NIH Laboratory of Biologics Control (and its excessive trust in the National Foundation for Infantile Paralysis reports).[4]
A number of civil lawsuits were filed against Cutter Laboratories in subsequent years, the first of which was Gottsdanker v. Cutter Laboratories.[6] The jury found Cutter not negligent, but liable for breach of implied warranty, and awarded the plaintiffs monetary damages. This set a precedent for later lawsuits. All five companies that produced the Salk vaccine in 1955—Eli Lilly, Parke-Davis, Wyeth, Pitman-Moore, and Cutter—had difficulty completely inactivating the polio virus. Three companies other than Cutter were sued, but the cases settled out of court.[7]
The Cutter incident was one of the worst pharmaceutical disasters in US history, and exposed several thousand children to live polio virus on vaccination.[3] The NIH Laboratory of Biologics Control, which had certified the Cutter polio vaccine, had received advance warnings of problems: in 1954, staff member Dr. Bernice Eddy had reported to her superiors that some inoculated monkeys had become paralyzed and provided photographs. William Sebrell, the director of NIH, rejected the report.[4]

Do you not see the points of my argument were bolded in the OP? Everyone else in this thread understands the point, but yet you somehow don’t. At this point, I’m not sure if that’s due to intentional intellectual dishonesty, or you’re just slow.
Your whole argument of “durrr that’s a drug not a vaccine” is fallacious, specifically a strawman, since it does not address the argument. As such, your repeated attempts to keep on using it are evidence that either you’re ignorant to what sound argumentation is, you’re intentionally intellectually dishonest aka a liar, stupid, or a combination of all three.

mRNA vaccines are non-live. No non-live virus vaccine has demonstrated negative effects years after immunization.
Thalidomide was a sedative, offered in the 50's to pregnant women to treat nausea.
Sedatives and narcotics function differently from vaccines.

That story begins on a stage in Manila in 2016.......
launched a massive vaccine campaign to inoculate nearly 1 million schoolchildren with Dengvaxia. The goal was to save thousands of kids' lives and prevent an estimated 10,000 hospitalizations over a five-year period.
But in the end, estimates are that more than 100,000 Philippine children received a vaccine that health officials say increased their risk of a severe and sometimes deadly condition.

But in the end, estimates are that more than 100,000 Philippine children received a vaccine that health officials say increased their risk of a severe and sometimes deadly condition.
How about as recent as 2016, a vaccine rushed and caused a ton of harm.
I love when people just throw a blanket statement out like "vaccines have been out for decades" as if its all the same between one that has been tested for 30+ years now vs one tested for 1 year.
Then they tell you "well MRNA vaccines have been tested for more than 1 year", but the MRNA vaccine with covid 19 has not been.
I'm not a doctor no, but i test software as my job. And while it may not be often, there are times where a developer will have to make an extremely minor change to code that works and has worked, and says "oh 99.9% of the code is the same, just altering this one little thing, it's not going to cause any issues" and while usually they are right, sometimes that little change breaks sh*t. And they are so certain they are right, even after something breaks they swear it's not that till you show them and prove to them they are wrong.
Now you're gonna tell me changing the virus used with this vaccine type has a 0% chance of causing issues in a vast array of different human bodies with more variables than can be accounted for just because MRNA vaccines have been tested for 6 years instead of just 1? Even 6 isn't very long when testing these things, and im sure in the example above the experts thought they thought of everything and that it was perfectly safe until it was proven that it wasn't.
Now with covid 19 vaccine there seems to be an obvious risk to myocarditis that particularly is more common in certain groups, but still can't even mention thinking there is risk to vaccine without being labeled an anti-vaxxer right winger conspiracy theorist. Clownworld for sure.

The phase 3 clinical trial for the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine lasted longer than a year.

Certain experts seem to think there is an issue with the Moderna vaccine causing myocarditis. Enough so that certain countries have stopped giving it to the younger population. Why is it potentially causing harm if it's non-live?

But so far myocarditis incidence does not seem to be higher than the base rate.
