Looks delicious!

Teenagers are only marginally better at setting the table. Well mine anyway. Can't tell you how many times I get to the table and give them this look:

1lb chicken breast cubed
2 Broc crowns trimmed into florets
One carton mushrooms

Get a pan piss hot (7/10) then sautee chicken with some sesame oil, season with salt pepper and onion powder. Remove chicken from pan onto a plate and wipe pan clean with a paper towel.

Lower heat to 3/10. Add a bit of oil, some garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant. Add mushrooms and broccoli and cook, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is somewhat tender (I like snappy broccoli in stir fry) and the mushrooms have released their liquid.

Return chicken to the pan, squeeze some lemon juice and whatever seasoning you like.

Serve with noodles and drizzle on some Lao Gan Ma for heat and crunch.

If you live near a Trader Joe's get the Dorot cubed crushed garlic and ginger from the freezer. Basically ice cubes of fresh crushed garlic or ginger - they consistently get rated the best tasting pre-prepped garlic, It's world's better than the jar of pre chopped garlic you get at the store.
