why not buy a trimmer and trim down the beard and the chest? you'd look 100X better. no need to wax or shave but keep it trimmed down to a non-grotesque level.

have a set schedule - like every 3 weeks on a Friday. also - stand in the bathtub and do it with a shower mirror. easy clean up.

being trimmed looks better, feels better, and is just more hygienic. God forbid you meet the woman of your dreams and you're not trimmed up and groomed up. always be ready.

Use skincare, deodorant, body spray and cologne

Oh some clothes

You can 2 routes with the clothing. Either go to your local mens warehouse and go for gentleman style or you can go get a motorcycle license. Buy a harley davidson. Go to your local bike shop and buy some jeans with a leather jacket.
