Have felt extremely sick past month.. wat do
So I have been feeling off for almost a month now. Was working 60 hour weeks, two different jobs, have a two year old and my 73 year old mom moved in with us as well. I chalked it up to just general fatigue. But for about a week now I’m waking up with a terribly upset stomach, nonstop mucus, usually end up throwing up at least once, and extreme fatigue to where I slept 18 hours Sunday and don’t remember any of that day. I still have my taste, don’t have any problems breathing per se except when I’m gagging from mucus. I don’t see the point in getting tested for covid because it changes nothing, and I have been taking ivercetim for a week now(was prescribed to my mom by her general doctor)
What should I start taking that I can buy OTC misc? Should I go get tested? Anyone else had these symptoms? And before you ask I have no health insurance, the walk in clinics are useless as well. So my only option would be the ER and I’m not on my death bed yet. I can get tested for covid for free, but again I don’t see the point. Rep for srs answers.

After you turn 30 health issues related to stress usually come out
I would suggest going on an alkaline diet
Avoid processed foods, spicy, acidic foods.
Try a mixed berry shake with almond milk to boost your energy levels (this has been amazing for me) find some frozen blueberries

You have more than one symptom of covid lmao
Why dont you get tested?
I never lost any taste or smell when I got covid, just general fatigue and couldnt eat for a few days plus upset stomach and what not.

Go to a doctor for a workup. You want to rule out potentially life threatening things.
