Funny story about a girl who TRIED to play me:

At a club with coworkers and suddenly this 21 year old HBB starts hitting on me. I have no illusions, I'm old but not bad looking and have had younger girls before, just usually don't have them hitting on me in a club. Regardless, she gives me her number and we set up a first date. Take her out, we make out at the end of the night but no smashing. Whatever.

For second date she suggests we go shopping together. Show up to play her and she reveals that her father is a grandmaster from Russia and she's been playing since she was a small child. Totally put the fish on the line and baited me in. Again, whatever. She was really damned good but I'm no slouch at chess and somehow managed to pull out a win (no idea how really but she made one major screwup and knew it as soon as she did).

So of course we set a date for dinner at my place and she cancels last minute, then ghosts me. Wanna be sugar baby doesn't get any from this guy.
