Concur. As I understand it any American player who is not vaccinated can't play in Canada anyway.

Ottawa is a very strange city.

1. The arena where the Senators play is 20 mins west of downtown
2. While Ottawa is the federal capital city of Canada, we have to follow COVID restrictrions mandated by the Province of Ontario; as Ottawa is in Ontario.

DC is its own federal district; so they are not governed by another state (at least thats what i understand). Ottawa is simply a capital city; so its under jurisdiction of the province.
