Been anxious lately, any advice brahs?
Not sure what for, but just been scatter brained and anxious the last week or so. I even backed my car up too far and bumped a ledge behind my spot. This is the same spot I park perfectly in everyday. WTF?
Any advice on how to reset this mind fukk? srs

This was yesterday though and the restlessness started like a week or two ago.

How do you fix it? You stop being a ****gotsrs.
I have anxiety at work from overload all the time, I take on tasks WAY outside my skill range and I just sit down and do my homework, I take on tasks WAY outside my job description that make me eligible for promotion and/or special consideration at bonus time. I am a wagie gawd, Mr. Shekelstein is so proud. And you know what? When it feels like too much, I stand up, go to the mirror, look myself in the eyes and say, what are you-- a ****got or something boyo?
Then I sit back down at my desk and get back to it. Anxiety is the result of an arbitrary chemical reaction in your stupid monkey brain and literally nothing more. It's like being drunk. Just compensate for it by being over-prepared, over-knowledgable, and over-ready for literally everything you do.
You're gonna make it OP.

Take a long walk in nature for fresh air and to unplug from everything.

I didn't look at a single piece of technology or screen that whole weekend. It felt good man.
Might have to do the same this weekend, especially to get the new scratches out of my bumper.

Definitely shut off the digital world as mentioned above. I go through random phases in my life where for some reason I'm way more anxious and stressed than usual (when nothing changed to make me more anxious/stressed).
Go for a hike/jog/bike and connect with nature. Helps reset instantly

I guess we forget that there are some ups and downs to being human. Kinda like plateaus in the gym. Happens and with time, patients, little tweaks and effort, you break them. Hard to see when you're in the middle of it though.

I'll try and dig up links later. I been using rogue pouches for the last several months and didn't really feel anything bad per se. I could just be getting psyched out from what I read. Worst case I'll just get Nicorette gum again, I just end up chewing tf out of it and making my teeth/jaw sore. The pouches were nice because they're tasty and just chill there while you work, drive, lift, whatever
I'd think the ones with tobacco would be worse than just pure nicotine. It's no different than caffeine in a sense. The additives are what get you.
