would you reckon trimming say 15-30% off of your crypto gains while leaving the majority invested and rotating those profits into equities could be a good idea if you're anticipating a correction or perhaps not much more of a rally while you can before it dips to hard and you're fooked would help diversify investing into something uncorrelated to balance out potential drawdown in crypto.

Plus it keeps most people inside more and that's exactly what the government wants us to be doing. Once the politicians realize they'll be making more money off of weed than big pharma it'll happen or once the pot companies can outbid the people in power with a higher payout, it'll happen PLUS many many more possible scenarios. We're almost at half the country (states) with legalization. Cali was in 2016 so if the trend continues its simply a long term hold you put away and forget about...only a small percentage of portfolio obv, but that can mean 5 figures for allot of guys on here which once again = a massive payout when chit gets real. And when chit gets real the plan is to average out slowly in 10% increments.
The entire younger generation is for pot. Even the older generation is mostly pro marijuana. Just gotta wait for the old phuckers to die off and big pharma will probably start utilizing more patented cannabinoid related medication thus its a win win.
Edit- No offense...but that's ignorant saying you wouldn't buy till AFTER fed legalization. The stock market is anticipatory so by the time the feds legalize it you will have already missed the big pump.

Also 100% agreed on weed helping with people getting off benzos and opioids or whatever else. It really does work, especially edibles. IMO edibles are a miracle drug. I've gone through opioid withdrawals more than I will ever admit because of my "active lifestyle" of doing risky **** then getting severely injured. When I dislocated my knee I didn't know such pain was even possible. I was addicted to dilauded / ***** for half a year. Then when I stopped cold turkey I literally could not fuking sleep for a full month DED FKIN SRS BOYO. It was edibles that made the withdrawals and PAWS more bearable once I finally discovered them and finally got ok sleep. They are a fuking godsend and weed will always be around forever because of that reason and much more.
