Does anyone works out with kettlebells? I like them a lot lately

At first, I thought that KBs are much inferior to barbells/dumbbells, but over time I learned their unique advantages:

brb ballistic movements that do not produce excessive lactic acid
brb movements are very close to real life
brb oldschool strength
brb core engagement
brb works cardio well, perfect combo of HIIT/strength workout
brb perfect finisher after hard squat/bench/deadlift session

Lactic acid is produced in your muscles and builds up during intense exercise. It can lead to painful, sore muscles. There is a theory that having it too much is bad for you (feel free to google it). Lactic acid is usually produced in the muscles during the negative phase of an exercise.

So KB swings load up lower back not less that deadlifts, I always feel fantastic pump after swings, but never sore the day after.

I do about 80% of my training with them and have since 2009. They're awesome. Not the end all be all, but I love doing snatches and cleans and presses.

Unfortunately, the Simple and Sinister workout has been so overhyped that people fail to realize all the great exercises and workouts besides doing Turkish Getups and One hand Swings.

I love using doubles and doing complexes with them.

One other problem is 95% of people do not do the swing correctly. They squat on the back swing and use their shoulders to raise the height of the bell.

Kettlebells, sandbags and gymnastic rings.

Barely ever touch a barbell these days and I’m at my strongest ever.

BRB 100 pull ups and 100 dips on gymnastic rings.

BRB 28kg single arm clean and press, 30kg single arm snatch with kettlebell

Brb jump squats with sandbags

Chiselled physique while eating whatever the fook I want and stronger than majority of miscer who weigh over 200lbs

I have the adjustable kettlebell handle (can attach up to 100 lbs on it) and I've used it for a while. It's alright; I don't think it is as revolutionary as people make it out to be. You're not missing out if you don't have access to a kettlebell.

For weight lifting, I have better alternatives. During HIIT for Cardio, I like to keep strength exercise to a minimum for recovering muscles

And it also looks like crossfit
