Does Test Make it easier to maintain a lower bodyfat?

I want to cut to 9-10% bodyfat. I see so many people say when they are that low they have 0 energy and no sex drive. Will trt help with this?

My test levels are low normal total 560 and free is 20.5 ng/dl but I still plan to hop on. I want to see if I feel any different with higher test numbers.

Keto or zero carb keto + IF makes it REALLY easy ded fkin srs.

My calories have gone up %50-70 and I'm leaner over 30 days.

Only downside is my strength plummeted. Worth mentioning I haven't lifted since June 2018.

Absolutely. When I got on TRT from the low 200's belly fat melted away without changing anything else else but test level.
Don't put that on me Ricky Bobby, don't you ever put that on me.

Curious to see if it would have any effect on me with my levels being at mid 500’s.

not directly but more muscle mass increases the amount of calories you burn and test will help you build muscle. you will also retain more water than usual. theres also a huge difference between doing trt and doing a g a week.

Anyway to combat water retention on T? from what I read use an AI but also I am reading people saying not to use it. I already have decent muscle mass so it may not do much for me as fat loss goes. Sure could use the extra energy and mental focus though.

I've seen thousands of incredible fat loss transformations on simple TRT, love handles disappear, seniors transform into greek gods, there's definitely something with fat loss in relation to test.
