Maybe start reading some stoic philosophers like Marcus Aurelius. He had a pretty rough life, but managed to become one of the best leaders the world has ever saw.

He also lived though a pandemic and had lots of close family members die.

Thanks man I sometimes get crazy panic attacks so I have to lay down for a bit, but I'm good now. Music has always been there for me.
