I guess I finally just came up the realization of just how much time I was wasting, so I deleted my ********, IG, Twitter, and TikTok accounts.

Social media platforms like ******** and instagram are data harvesting tools where you are the product. The purpose is to manipulate you with algorithms and keep you engaged as long as possible to harvest everything about you and hit you with ads.

******** owns Oculus and you have to have a ******** account to even use it. They want everyone hooked up to their VR goggles in the metaverse just extracting you for all your data.
