What does your workout look like today? (Misc lifters only)

I'll be deadlifting with my son tonight, probably followed by some rows, pulldowns, and maybe some shrugs.

Top weight for deadlifts is supposed to be 390 for amrap.

4-5 times a week. I try to get a day off in between workouts, depending how my body’s feeling. I don’t lift if I don’t feel like lifting. I avoid Snap City exercises and don’t go too heavy anymore.

Legz today!

3 sets of everything:

BB squats
walking lunges
RDL's
goodmornings
standing calf raises

Have to fit all that in an hour to hour & 10 min during my lunch time so I'll superset. At night I always stretch and do abs.

Usually I front squat, but lower back has been feeling worse than Covid the past couple of months. This is also my first workout since possibly contracting Covid.

BB reverse lunges
Bb calf raises
BB BSS (front foot also elevated)
Bench
Dips
Single DB standing OHP (name too long)
Db laterals and band laterals
Ab and grip work

Breathing sucked. Took my sweet time doing this.

Not exactly. Similar. I can't do traditional deads here at home because I don't have big enough plates. So I'll do those two or sometimes I'll do one of them and a hammy exercise with ball. I like to hit 2 exercises per body part here at home so I have to be flexible with my exercises.

It's great. My wife used to spin all the time and was looking at getting a membership at the LA near us... I believe it ended up being about the same or maybe even cheaper.

She says she missed the camaraderie aspect of going to an actual class but this absolutely clobbers it in terms of convenience.

I never spun before she bought this but I'm enjoying it a ton. I do the power zone classes which are more "serious" but have done some of the fun rides as well. I also do their yoga classes and those are extremely high quality as well. They have bootcamp/bodyweight type workouts, too, but that I have no use for.
