Any shrinks here?

I wanted to ask a shrink but I dont have money for one and its little bit cringe to visit one but anyways

What do you think why do I always feel the need to be better than someone at something in the room? Like when I go to gym I want to workout properly and I would love to be a personal trainer and know how to properly workout and all that however I also learn two foreign languages but I also love to learn to play a music instrument.

I always want to learn something that the other person Im interacting with doesnt know.

I noticed that.

Sound like low self esteem or maybe an inferiority complex, or superiority complex or just an anxiety disorder.

A run of the mill therapist would do you just fine and they aren't as expensive as a Psychiatrist.

I have plenty of confidence though I actually have too much confidence that it borders with arrogance and I get too confident that gets me in trouble sometimes tbh

Idk maybe I'll take a few sessions

Do you have the talent and aptitude and IQ to be the best? It sounds like you want to be the best but something is stopping you. Maybe you don't want it bad enough? How competitive are you and are you willing to pay the price? Nothing in life is free.

I do have some talents though and regarding my IQ, I only had it checked through online test by mensa and its ok I guess nothing special. Im smarter than my parents, considerably.
