MRI scan tomorrow on entire spine for 4+ years of extreme widespread chronic pain.

Hi guys, I'm getting an MRI tomorrow. Can I expect this to figure out why my body is in peril?

My issues all started 4 years ago with slight neck pain, followed by a headache. Over time that developed into widespread extreme chronic pains. My upper traps are ridiculously knotted and even walking makes them scream in tightness pain. I have all the postural issues and my pelvis is extremely anteriorly tilted.

(Military neck/loss of cervical lordosis was caught on a x-ray 2 years ago) Could an MRI find out anything? I'm convinced something happened to my neck around 4 years ago, and I'm really hoping that if my neck is somehow fixed, the rest of my body will correct itself.

do you have terrible forward head posture? if i'm not mistaken that can throw your entire posture out of whack causing a ton of chronic issues like i've seen you mention here time and time again boyo

for every inch of forward head posture it can increase the weight of your head on your spine by 10 pounds

True, over time that has developed. As mentioned, it started out as a slight headache, now here I am with gait issues and crap. The corrective measures for all of the posture fixes didn't work, tried a lot too and it only got worse.

Is there anything that a typical person may overlook posture wise? Right now I'm sitting here with these unreleasable golf balls in my upper traps. Honestly it feels like a thick tendon.

Should I have hope for this MRI?

I have disc degen ,arthritis in spine

Neck pain ,back pain ,hip pain, foot numbness


Once you befriend pain, it's much easier

55 and still outwork 25 yr olds in construction
