Wait, so his sister provided the egg?? How is this even legal??? lol @ the doctors being concerned about the grandma's health to give birth at her age when the real issue is the poor kid could have birth defects due to the brother sperm and sister egg. This is an abomination on so many levels...

I think they combine the sperm and egg before putting it inside the woman, but I may be wrong.
