It is also when the degenerates come out.

I rock the main line and party with fine bitches
Which is a dirty job but somebody's got to do it
So, who's the crew with? More hoes than vivid, lyrics explicit
So, **** the critics, we leave them hanging like INXS

Forgot to add yesterday that I also listened to Goggins podcast 1212 1:54:30 - 2:10:55.

12/11

1 mi in 9:10
3x 20s one-arm planks

Goggins talks about Active Recovery: Do an easy bike ride and get your fluids (like Gatorade) in at the same time. This way the glycogen goes in to your muscles.

"Open up your stride, and you can cut down your running rate by a minute," he says.

You can't just say that brah. Your words are all heat and no flame.

What workouts do you suggest?

Okay, yesterday your whole workout was a short walk and 1 minute of planks. That’s a warmup at best. The day before you only walked and did 15 pull-ups and 30 pushups. You’re doing great for warm ups, but you need to do way more than that. Why don’t you lift or do anything for a longer duration with some intensity?

I run every day. Why do you say I walk? 9 min/mile is slow but it's definitely not walking pace. I'm also doing tabatas which are sprints with jogs. So, no, I'm not walking.

Feels good to be back! Today's workout was a little hard. I don't know if fried cornmeal (arepas) are good for my health but they sure taste damn good.

Haven't eaten in more than a day and a half. I don't know what to eat and I'd rather feel this way than heavy during my run yesterday. I just want to feel light as a feather again.

1.74 mi walk
3x5 (5 pullups, 10 clap pushups)
4 pullups, 1 pullup, 10 clap pushups
0.64 mi run in 6:19
0.86 mi walk

I'm going to lower my fats and carb up again. The low energy is draining and I can't go as intense in my workouts.

Boxing class at a boxing gym: many punches, pushups and abs.

I binge ate in response to the calories burned.

12/19

Rest

12/21

4.14 mi walk
2x(5 pullups, 10 pushups)
3x(3 pullups, 10 pushups)

Merry Christmas Eve gents.

1.04 mi in 9:34 - but I think it's wrong. Google Maps says 1.2+ mi. I can't be running faster, but I started and ended my run at farther points. Next time I'll work out at a track to get a true and verified reading. I also feel skinnier.

1.9 mi walk
1.3 mi (Google Maps) or 1.06 mi in 9:34. Still not on a track but a park. If Google Maps is accurate, thats a 7:20 pace. I will have to go to a track.

No calisthenics. I was with my workout partners and I ran out of time. I spent over 45 minutes walking before I began to run. I only had an hour. I'm getting better at eliminating procrastination.

1.2 mi on Google Maps (or 1.05 mi on Fitbit) in 9:37 tabata (30s jog + 8x 15s sprint / 60s jog). I don't feel as tired because of the fartleks (speed runs) I have been working on.
