I was pretty upset when my sister got her first boyfriend too because that meant I would get less attention from her.

Probably got pissed that his sister was getting pumped effortlessly by Chadpreets and enjoyed life, while he was rotting as worthless incel surplus in today's dating market. Same as ER who had to listen to his sister getting her organs rearranged next door.
