Glad it worked out for you however that's off topic; just because you shredded down to 8% bf and had gyno doesn't mean OP would.

Pretty sure no doctor would say no to removing your mammary glands if you are willing to pay for it. Show me OP's mammogram otherwise he just paid for liposuction lol
That's what we do in this ****, brah.

True

But the OP mentioned he cut down to 12% and his nipples looked worse. If he was just fat, his chest and nipples would have significantly improved

And by comparing 'whatever' they took out off OP's chest to other gynecomastia surgeries there are reasons for me to believe that he indeed had gynecomastia

I see the point you're trying to make. And had the OP actually worked out we wouldn't have this discussion right now

True

Had the OP actually been ripped in his pictures, it would have been clearer. But all things considered, I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt here

Anyway, it's too late now to convince the OP to get lean first because he already got the surgery done. And on that note, I would like to finish off my discussion

I really wish for the OP that healing goes well and that he'll be satisfied with the results
I'm looking forward to seeing the progress pictures, as I really hope this will motivate him to finally get in shape and gain some muscles

Counterintuitive but actually looks better fat with the titties than a skinny man with big juicy taters, think about it.

Congrats OP, hopefully this gives you the confidence to get in shape.

You telling me isn’t going to make a difference. Yes I can afford the surgery and NO it’s not the “easy way out” — at least the gland removal, that **** is so stubborn. Hate on me for the liposuction, but not the gland removal. Reason I got Gynecomastia surgery December 1 is because of my work schedule — December is a slow month. I was going through some other stuff since august that made me gain weight.

Again, no matter how much someone who has gyno lowers their BF%, that gland is still there. It’s attached to the nipple and won’t shrink. I simply got rid of that gland, and yes my surgeon obviously did a hybrid method of lipo+gland removal. Now I need to work my ass off to lower my body fat everywhere else, but I’m ****ing happy I won’t need to worry about puffy nipples anymore.

Pain is minimal. Just a lot of soreness and bruising and swelling. Need to wear a compression vest for a month.

Insurance covered nothing. It’s a cosmetic procedure.

I plan to post an updated picture March 2022.

Threads like this show why the misc hasn’t changed since I first joined.

The anger and bitterness around here is so strong. This thread wasn’t an easy thing for me to post. I’m the first person to say that I need to get my ass in the gym and lose some body fat, which I have done before and I will again. I am disgusted with my shape. You guys telling me the same thing isn’t going to make a difference.

To those that actually read my posts and understood me, I appreciate it. I will post a progress picture in March.

Could have just as easily worked out for a year and been jacked with no gyno. Instead you're still skinny fat, but with no gyno. Problem solved? What other surgeries you got planned OP?

had it done i think in April, great decision for me. I decided to get as lean as possible before the surgery just to make it easier for my surgeon, and apparently it did the trick as it looked amazing just 2 weeks after it, and i was benching 4 weeks after getting it done. Nipples were puffy too before, now they arent which is great. Brb never pinching nipples before taking shirt off again, its a great feeling.

Even better feeling when you have an amazing physique OP, so you have some work to do. Good luck with your recovery

Congrats OP, I hope you stick to it and actually lose the weight to reap the full benefits. But still...

Curious, what kind of lifting/exercise are you planning on doing while the vest is on, if any? And how long after it comes off until you are allowed to do chest exercises?

are some of yall retarded, op posted pics of the glands, losing weight will make it look worse because it will go from him just having moobs to looking like he's got ping pong balls underneath the skin of his nipples.

if a 300lb women gets breast implants does it matter?

shes still a 300lb women and she already probably had big tits, it didnt change the fact that no one wanted her because shes 300lbs, not because her boobs werent big enough

Exactly.

I’m mind blown at the fact that miscers don’t know how gyno works or what it is. The ignorance ITT is crazy.

Ffs some miscers just love to say stupid **** on the contrary. Gyno does not go away no matter how much fat you burn. If is essentially a piece in of itself. You can better disguise it by working out and maintaining low body fat but it will still linger around and be visible as the muscle causes it to isolate and still be visible. Surgery is the only way. Glad i had that **** taken care of a decade ago. Happy for ya op

A lot of guys seem confused, here.

You do not magically sprout tissue from the god of estrogen if your hormones fluctuate.

The existing breast tissue does not grow in the presence of a normal male balance of hormones.

It is there for everyone, and it does shrink under certain hormone conditions, probably not as much as most would like in 99% of cases.
