I only have a ******** to use the marketplace. Otherwise I don't pay attention to anything on there. I use my phone to stay in touch with relatives and friends, and get my news on Google's main page and local news stations. (Plus misc for the unbiased opinions. LOL)

Other than that, I reject all social media. It's just full of narcissistic and arrogant behavior.

The baseline tone on Twitter is 'bratty 14 year old.' The people on there are nothing more than walking, talking human memes. The "NPC" thing is actually quite accurate. Not only are their political opinions completely compromised, but their entire personality developed around being a snarky internet hipster who has no personality beyond their patronizing hot takes.

A lot of them (majority?) aren't even real. They're algorithms with fake profile faces.
I virtually never visit twitter, but recall taking a look at a tweet from Ted Cruz. I could immediately tell that many of the replies were auto-generated.
