Phase 3 didn't truly start till about 10/4. Gotta get 600 people enrolled in each arm of trial then watch them for 28 days meaning 11/1 is when they can have data from people dosed on first day presuming they didn't utilize data from previous parts of trial. I presume this will imply data won't be gathered and completed until later November and decision might not be made until first part of December unless COVID rates start picking up significantly and they need more antibodies sooner. I was worried about this, but then "came to realize" most of these contracts are already being negotiated and will be waiting to be signed or will already have been signed and contract becomes effective once approval is given.

Do with this what you will

As far as my own expectations- I didn't understand what the difference between enterprise value and market cap was. Market cap at $10 was 400M or something like that which I thought was closer to $250M. I still think it runs, but thinking it's more reasonable to see $40 top end for commons

Altimeter is a solid sponsor, they're leading the most recent funding round for Plaid as well.

No way PSFE goes low enough, and stays that low until april, for you to be in the red... Or are you just hoping for a quick bounce play and to buy back tmrw?

I'm in on AGC.

Was in before for a couple hundred shares at $13.50 like weeks ago. Randomly sold today for like $14.80 or so without hearing about the news with the earnings reports and reaffirmation of merger. Saw it zooming straight up at closing, bought in again at $16.50 but with lots of shares. Saw it easily breach from the upper $16's to lower $17's in a matter of seconds, then market close happened.

Gonna sit on this and see how it goes tomorrow, try not to panic sell lol. If that volume continued for like 20-30 minutes we would've had DWAC/GME/AMC level outcomes, srs.

Didn't do what I'd hoped. Sold at a profit though, got ~$270 out of it. All things were pointing to it exploding in my mind, but then during the final hour of the market it had too much sell resistance and not enough buying power, dropped from nearly $17 to $16.40 in the blink of an eye, was crazy.

The better play would have been to buy low sell high over and over, making $0.10-$0.20 profits on the shares as it would keep creeping up. I think that this is what people were doing for the most part, making ~$100-200 per trade, realizing it was on a steady incline. This probably prevented an explosion of the like of DWAC/AMC/GME.

However if it's as simple as 1 warrant : 1 share, not bad. I could go for 500 shares easily.

Definitely nervous about approval though, they are the first to seek approval for polyclonal antibodies, if something goes wrong.. these warrants tank, but atleast they have other products in the pipeline so at that point is just becomes a long term hold
Have you looked at price action today

Did quite well on $VOSO today, 55% gain on the day. Interesting firm - taking on Wejo, big data for vehicles, interesting partnerships with Palantir, Microsoft and GM.

AGC merger with GRAB vote is tomorrow 11/30 at Noon ET.

If it happens it'll be the largest SPAC merger in history, $40b+ evaluation. AGC would merge and be called GRAB by Thursday (12/2).

Also worth noting it has very large Short Interest.

Bought some calls today, hope it moons! GL all.

Didn't wanna double post but y'all are making me.

During the AH today the merger was confirmed approved and filed, slight spike occurred during AH from that. Dec 2nd AGC becomes GRAB. Lots of hype, high short interest, at times today/yesterday there were zero shares available implying plausibility of price spikes if buyers permitted, sponsors can't sell for 3 years minimum from merger. Not financial advice, but has potential to squeeze. Crossing fingers! Just needs some news and volume.

CRHC moving. Sold my warrants at $1.2-1.25 today. Had 5,000 so that was nice. Sold calls @$10 for January for $25 each. This is the fakest pump I've seen in awhile. We all saw PRPB just DA and their shares actually went down. Somehow spacs still go higher on rumors than real deals. LOTS of spac volume though which, imo, is a good thing. Now if my DeSPACs could just stop tanking.

Yeah lold at a fan blog claiming that they were getting Northvolt (who is IPOing btw) caused such a warrant pump and absolutely no movement on commons. Northvolt was my #1 spac target though, if they did a change of pace and spac'd over IPO I'd probably dump the whole pot in.

Really? They are that good?

CRHC commons were trading as high as $10.20 AH. Ayyy lmao. But that's fine- that stupid article was a P&D I am fairly certain.

Volkswagen owns 20% of them and already has a 14B battery order in. Again, thats JUST Volkswagen. Volvo has a 2.2B order in through them as well. QuantumScape is trading at a 11B market cap without any projected product let alone sales until 2025.

Something I've always wondered--- if a vehicle manufacturer needs a critical component why don't they make it in house? I've kinda gotten the vibe that making batteries isn't particularly profitable and perhaps big legacy companies are more than willing to let someone else do it if they can do so at a reasonable (read low margin) cost.

Same question could be asked of semiconductors. Ford is starting to manufacture their own batteries with SK though slowly. Most are made by LG though, seems easier to just have someone else do it than to have to invest in R&D, plants etc. Having 3 or 4 automakers essentially split the cost by simultaneously investing in the same few companies makes more sense than having to attempt to compete with leaders in class for R&D and battery infrastructure.

Northvolt had the "founded by ex tesla employees" meme factor that lucid had with Rawlinson too.
