Babies can’t talk breh sometimes you give them everything they would need and still won’t shut up. I don’t routinely yell at them or anything just saying it can get frustrating at times.

PPD ain't no joke, but you have to organize life differently when there's a completely helpless infant depending on you for every single thing.

I think modern life has really fukked over families. Formula makes babies gassy and uncomfortable, grandparents not involved, women encouraged to work to be independent and given the side-eye when they're "stay at home moms," advice like "don't sleep with your baby or it'll die" is completely retarded. My woman breastfed and slept with both babies till about 12 months. There's no fukking way a sane adult is going to stay sane getting up every hour or 2 when baby is hungry again, or cold, or uncomfortable, just LMAO. The "rock and play" that parents used for years to keep their babies asleep at night just got pulled for killing babies so there goes another tool.

"Happiest baby on the block" or whatever the book/DVD is called was a lifesaver for me btw. Some of the techniques sound ridiculous until you try em and they actually work.

Until you actually know the feeling of holding your baby the first time, hearing their laughs and coos when you hold them or play with them, knowing you'd do anything to provide for them or keep them safe.. You don't know anything. Yeah, the first few months are pretty rough, but it also depends on the baby. My daughter and youngest son were low maintenance for infants. My oldest son though was a whole different story.

There's nothing in the world that can match being called daddy or getting a hug from one of your own kids.

Kids aren't for everyone, and I won't knock on someone that doesn't want them, but they're missing out.
