i'm not arguing the legal chit bro. i've no doubt the asian guy with the gun broke some laws. but that's why i said pretend we're not all living in the clown world for a minute...can anyone really blame the asian for doing what he did? that crook might've been armed with a gun, might've been a second away from slitting the cash register asian's throat...the point is he was the aggressor and the asian guy was just trying to protect his coworker/the business.

Btw the suspect and his 2 friends had just attempted to rob a CVS only minutes prior. Apparently they threatened to kill the clerk there. This short clip doesn't tell enough of the story especially with no audio.
