I live in SoCal.... it used to have the reputation for being laid back in the 90s up through the early 2000s, but that's not the case anymore. Your data is chit. The figure you're looking for is time spent per person per year for that state. Average time per visit without any consideration for visit rate doesn't tell you overall porn consumption.

They might just have more free time, or take longer to jack off. 10 % difference in time per visit.
