Never had a drop of alcohol passed the age of 12 or so. Not even the blood of Christ. (Before 12, I had the typical sip of your parents wine at the table)

Drinking would solve too many of my problems, so I don't do it.

5 or more drinks is considered binge drinking for men. For women its 4 and over.

If you wake up and regret what you've done or said or if you scroll through your texts and see who you texted and are disgusted by it it's probably time to slow down. Dead serious. Once alcohol gets control of you it CONTROLS you. Never seen/experienced anything like this.

If you can't stop once you start you need to slow down.

If you're missing work/leaving early to drink...slow down.

If you're spending lots of your money on alcohol..slow down...that's money for vices brah...not cool.

Decided to drink a bit after work last night. Had a few beers, several servings of a sake mixed drink, and a Mike's Harder. Drink this over the course of 4ish hours. Played with a breathalyzer and never saw myself get over 0.04. They say 0.08 or higher is the point of being "very impaired". Idk how accurate it is though.

Anyways in the last 52 weeks I've had some bad consecutive days of drinking heavily and some blackouts. I've also had a month or 2 of total sobriety. My most recent trend this month is 2 or 3 days a week of fairly heavy drinking.

I should try to limit it to once a week though tbh.
