Turning a new leaf.
Starting an electrician job in the new year
No more weed (bought some tonight, but keeping it in the closet along with sarms). Will get tested if an incident occurs.
Registered for fall protect and aerial work platform next week. Cost $300 but gotta have it.
Yup, 2022 will be good year

TZ - you need to really have a long-term plan for the future and EXECUTE, EXECUTE, EXECUTE. 1 year, 5 year, 10 year, 20 year plan. write it down. action not talk. print this out and hang it on your mirror and read it regularly -
Steps to Success
1. Set clear-cut, defined, lofty goals, with specific time deadlines, and let everyone know what they are.
2. Always be realistic, skeptical, and never too optimistic. Banish wishful and hopeful thinking. Hope is not a strategy.
3. Get your priorities straight and live them every day.
4. Focus on actions, not words.
5. Always stay organized. Utilize a Calendar and a To-Do List.
6. Always stay focused on completing your goals.
7. Figure out the things that you need to get the job done and get them.
8. Utilize ALL available resources.
9. Prepare - and make your life easier.
10. Take care of the downside and the upside will take care of itself.
11. Maximize your options.
12. Deliver the goods. Just get the job done - no matter what it takes.
13. Don’t be afraid to take smart chances - and educated risks - sometimes you just got to go for it. Fortune favors the bold and the brave!
14. Plan your work and work your plan.
15. Do tasks as soon as they hit you, then they never build up and overwhelm you.
16. Continually monitor and evaluate your progress in accomplishing your goals and take corrective action if needed.
17. Use whatever angle you have.
18. Realize that there’s a back door into anything, but few take advantage of it. Use the back door if the front door is locked!
19. Don’t make excuses for your success or failure - realize that it’s all up to you.
20. Understand that everything has a price - nothing in this world is free. Success does not come without sacrifice.
21. Understand that nobody can do it for you - you have to do it yourself.
22. Surround yourself with successful people. Especially those who are more successful than you. Avoid the losers.
23. Learn from others who are where you want to be. COPY from them! Don’t try to reinvent the wheel! COPY from those that are successful!
24. Be very careful of who you trust.
25. Be loyal and good to those who have been loyal and good to you.
26. Help and teach others along the way to be successful.
27. Get ready for change. It’s coming whether you like it or not – sometimes how and when you least expect it. Anticipate and prepare for it.
28. Understand that life will throw you curveballs – it’s all part of the game. You will be humbled at some point. We are all humbled at some point.
29. Know when to cut your losses.
30. Know when to pivot.
31. Ask all the questions – don’t go into anything blind.
32. If you get knocked down, get up and keep fighting!
33. Keep an open mind on everything. Closed minds never learn.
34. Learn from your mistakes and don’t repeat them!
35. Always think about the future but try to enjoy and appreciate the moment. Life is short.

Somone leaves a short message like “yoooo I’m quitting weed and getting a dope new tradie job”
And your logical response is instructing them to write out a 1, 5, 10, and 20 year plan.
Then write out Gordon’s 35 steps to success and tape it to his mirror to study and read every morning.
I’m basically at a loss. I don’t even know how to approach this lvl of ego boyo.
