I think some definitely do. I got some great celebrity examples.

The baldcel hatfisher dude from Backstreets Boys is a good. Compare him to his better looking bandmates

It's not surprising he's got the most accessories/bedazzled/edgy clothing. He's making up for his genetic shortcomings.

Naturally the best looking members o the band are the most normal dressed because they don't need to peacock/dress edgy

Nick carter and his little bro aaron carter are a perfect example of good genetics = more normal/less unstable

the smaller, more gracile aaron copes by acquiring tattoos, clout-chasin and degenerate behavior

nick is more mature/family man/stable
