Why Do You Phucks Slam Weights?

I've got this ******* near me deadlifting and slamming the weight on every fng rep.

It's giving me a headache.


FFS we have bumper plates right in front of you but no you have to be a ******* and use the metal plates.

We got an idiot who does this at my gym and we got rogue bumpers and we are on a 2nd story. I guess he has going through the floor goals though. He drops them from the top too. No control at all.

It would be different if we had a deadlifting platform.

Deadlifting platform plus bumpers go ham.
