Work wants to know my vaxx status. Wat do, misc?
HR: we need to know your vaxx status
Me: I refuse to answer
HR: you can't refuse! OSHA! REEE!
Me: take a lucky guess
HR: you can write us a letter
Me: non-committal noises
HR: thanks, bye
So, should I write 'em a letter? What to say? Or ignore them?
I won't submit to testing, so I will be fired eventually if the mandates stand because our company contracts with the federal government.

Tell them you are Catholic and the vaccine is against your belief system. Copypasta a letter like this:
To Whom It May Concern,
I am a baptized Catholic seeking a religious exemption from an immunization requirement. This letter explains how the Catholic Church’s teachings may lead individual Catholics, including myself, to decline certain vaccines.
The Catholic Church teaches that a person may be required to refuse a medical intervention, including a vaccination, if his or her conscience comes to this judgment. While the Catholic Church does not prohibit the use of most vaccines, and generally encourages them to safeguard personal and public health, the following authoritative Church teachings demonstrate the principled religious basis on which a Catholic may determine that he or she ought to refuse certain vaccines:
Vaccination is not morally obligatory in principle and so must be voluntary.
There is a moral duty to refuse the use of medical products, including certain vaccines, that are created using human cells lines derived from abortion; however, it is permissible to use such vaccines only under case-specific conditions—if there are no other alternatives available and the intent is to preserve life.
A person’s assessment of whether the benefits of a medical intervention outweigh the undesirable side-effects are to be respected unless they contradict authoritative Catholic moral teachings.
A person is morally required to obey his or her conscience.
A Catholic may judge it wrong to receive certain vaccines for a variety of reasons consistent with these teachings, and there is no authoritative Church teaching universally obliging Catholics to receive any vaccine. An individual Catholic may invoke Church teaching to refuse a vaccine that used abortion-derived cell lines at any stage of the creation of the vaccine. More generally, a Catholic might refuse a vaccine based on the Church’s teachings concerning therapeutic proportionality. Therapeutic proportionality is an assessment of whether the benefits of a medical intervention outweigh the undesirable side-effects and burdens in light of the integral good of the person, including spiritual, psychological, and bodily goods. The judgment of therapeutic proportionality must be made by the person who is the potential recipient of the intervention, not by public health authorities or by other individuals who might judge differently in their own situations.
The Catholic Bishops of the United States have affirmed this in two letters dated December 14, 2020 and March 17, 2021, concerning COVID-19 vaccines, stating:
“The bishops of the United States affirm that the use of some COVID-19 vaccines is morally acceptable under certain circumstances…. However, if individuals have serious moral objections or health concerns about vaccines, those concerns should be respected by society and government, and those individuals should not be forced into vaccination, contrary to their conscience. The government should not impose the COVID-19 vaccines on its citizens.”
Furthermore, the free-exercise clause of the U.S. Constitution’s First Amendment requires state accommodation of individuals who object to vaccinations on religious grounds. Government neutrality also requires religious accommodation when the state offers secular exemptions, which is the case in the United States for medical and non-medical exemptions and exemptions through the Americans with Disabilities Act and Civil Rights Act of 1964.
Vaccination is not a universal obligation and a person must obey his or her own conscience. Therefore, if a Catholic comes to an informed judgment that he or she should not receive a vaccine, then the Catholic Church requires that the person follow this judgment of conscience and refuse the vaccine. The Catechism is clear: “Man has the right to act in conscience and in freedom so as personally to make moral decisions. ‘He must not be forced to act contrary to his conscience. Nor must he be prevented from acting according to his conscience, especially in religious matters.’”

The reason for the letter to HR has nothing to do with religion, so much as it has to do with forcing OP's company to decide how much capital they wish to expend fighting OP.
Truthfully, OP's suggestion of emailing a copy of the Constitution is probably a better idea. No government or company should have any say over who gets an untested and still not FDA approved, vaccine.
It's nobody's business.

I’d take the test but I’d never get the shot. If my company ever starts this I capable of going back to my roots and starting my own business working with my hands. Which I miss a lot sometimes.
Op drag it out as long as possible and make them fire you. Just don’t quit. Find every hurdle possible to make them jump through. This is all against HIPAA law anyway and shouldn’t be legal to begin with. We have a weak ass administration atm though so they’re more concerned about trannys feelings than what’s law.

But why not take the tests?
-employee has to pay
-all testing must be done in person
-restrict testing sites to few locations
-allow typical bureaucracy to turn a 5 minute test into a weekly DMV experience
-alter the tests so that more people spike positive (see pcr testing)
-every positive means 5 days no work
-make it so that you aren't paid for those 5 days because its your choice to go unvaxxed
-increase the price of the tests until its crippling middle class
They are already being sneaky with vax passports causing maximum inconvenience for the unvaxxed. They dare not stop essential chit like airports, hospitals, gas, groceries because they know people will burn it down. So they make it as hard as possible to resist. Same concept will apply to testing mandates. Manipulate the system to cause mass inconvenience to have people comply easier. You have to draw the line somewhere, some did it with masks, some will do it with their 4th booster, some will walk willingly into the labor camps waving their 7th booster stamp loud and proud.
OP, just don't reply. HR texted me asking if I'm vaxxed. Left her on read with no reply. Saw her in person that day, didn't bring it up. That's was 2 months ago. They all know they are in deep legal trouble if they have one fuk up. Ignore all their attempts and wait until you are in a chair looking at the guy who signs your checks to answer any personal medical questions.

OSHA mandate is held up in court. They even say on their website that they can't legally enforce it.

The only reason this isn’t a hippa violation is because of this bs administration. The CDC literally changed the definition of vaccine to fit this shot that isn’t a vaccine. Only a true retard couldn’t put this together. This far into the ‘pandemic’ and smooth brains are still being sheep.

As far as lying about it after OP told them get fugged, that is just a chitty way to treat employees, but again, not a hipaa violation.
