I assume by "first booster" you actually mean completing the vax schedule of 2 shots.

There's two "initial shot" possibilities-1 shot (J&J), and all the others (Moderna, Pfizer, AZ) that are 2 shot. But let's ignore that for now and assume 2 shots since J&J seems to be the red headed step child.

There is no "third booster."
If there was, that'd be your fifth shot.

It should be (total shots in parentheses):

First shot (1)
Initial shots (2) [completing vax schedule]
Initial + first booster (3)
Initial + second booster (4)

I clarified on a post above this. "Initial" dose is either 1 or 2 shots depending on which vax you took. Boosters are shots taken many months later. I'm not an expert on the vaccines because I never considered getting them. The point of the poll is to find out how many people, once they've taken the first vaccine shot(s) are bothering to keep up with the recommended boosters, and how many people have decided that they won't go along with boosters every few months for the foreseeable future, even though they initially got vaccinated.
