The reason favorable tax laws exist for billionaires is because government was allowed to get so big that politicians had enough power to write favorable tax laws in exchange for donations/re-election.

Solution: Don't allow government to get big enough to where politicians will take bribes from billionaires to write favorable tax loop holes in the first place.

That's why I lol when people say we need more regulations. It only creates more of the problem they think they are trying to fix. Literally the poorest fighting for the wealthiest because they are too stupid to grasp how government works, and who easily fall for bumper sticker slogans in the voter box. Useful idiots.
