didnt realize they had incentive pays like that.

anyway i dont see what the big deal is, all he did was take off his shirt and yell a bit. so? how many rock stars flip out on stage? how many politicians and movie stars, tv hosts ect all flip out and keep their job. remember cuck coumo yelling at some random guy on his bike during covid, he kept his job. if they fired every tradie from the construction crew for blowing up then they wouldnt have a crew anymore.

seems over reacting to remove him from the team for just throwing his shirt in the crowd. baseball, hockey, nba, players all get in physical fist fights all the time, baseball players throw bats and intentionally hit guys with a baseball at 90 mph. he didnt even hit anyone, just take off his shirt

It’s hard not to float the idea that this man has CTE.

Not trying to make excuses for him but Aaron Hernandez was like 26 with only several years in the NFL and he had one of the worst cases of CTE the doctors had ever seen. It’s entirely possible.

He was also a serial killer, gang affiliated, and killed his first person while still in college. Not sure I buy the CTE excuse for him either. AB was an a-hole long before he played his first NFL down.

Here's a puff piece trying to gloss over his issues and explain why he fell to 195th on draft day, but still they had to mention "character" issues three separate times!
In 2007, Brown arrived at Central Michigan as a 160-pound introvert with a hesitant smile. Head coach Butch Jones knew that Brown came from a nontraditional family environment, with many people helping raise him in South Florida. Academic issues had forced Brown into a year of North Carolina prep school. Brown Rule No. 1: Perceived character issues aren’t always a bad thing.
Brown wasn't a character issue from a legal standpoint, but some believed grades and attitude were a problem in early college, though Jones said Brown "excelled in the classroom" late in his Central Michigan career.

Teams had yet another excuse to avoid Brown. But Montgomery cites Brown Rule No. 13: Context is crucial. The issues were "strictly environmental" for Brown before he got to CMU, Montgomery said. "Coming from certain circumstances with your background doesn't mean you have bad character," he said. "He brought a different level of hunger."

One team's scouting report labeled Brown "a little bit high-maintenance" with coaches, but as clearly stated in Brown Rule No. 14: With wide receivers, "high-maintenance" can be channeled for good."
Rosenhaus has a message for anyone who lowered Brown's stock for any perceived character concerns: "They blew it."

He was thrown off the team for refusing to go in when the coach told him to go in AND then pulling the little stunt he pulled walking off that field AND the tweets he posted once he got to the locker room. It wasn't as if the HC didn't already have a long history with the guy... he was with him in Pittsburgh. You can only give a headcase so many chances before it affects the locker room.

lol.. would love to see those classes he "excelled" in at central michigan

prolly basket weaving management

typically sports players take classes with teachers the head coach or athletic program sets them up with. so they can pass barely being there due to their sport

he was on a very short leash with all his history. If mike evans did that they would probably just let him off with a warning.

Well, I'd say he's on a path to self-destruction, so I don't really care who he talks to (mental health expert, suicide prevention expert, former football coach, etc.) just so long as somebody can get through to him that he can make a u-turn off the path he's currently on. AB reminds me a lot of Terrell Owens and Brandon Marshall. Not sure if TO ever got help, but Brandon Marshall did and it helped get him off the path he was on.

Sports talk on in the background while working and they just went over Brown's take.

1. he told coach his ankle was bad and didn't want to go in.
2. coach told him to leave then.
3. brown left .

“ In total, the stories of those who have encountered Brown paint a portrait of a superstar athlete living a rockstar lifestyle, of a man who rose from poverty and anonymity in Miami to stardom and wealth on a national stage, only to make a habit of insulting, attacking and betraying people he saw as being beneath his station.”
I will read this. Thanks for the link.

I can't believe he left all of this money on the table over a mental breakdown.

Brady is a nice guy so he must be really stressed out now. He grew up near where I used to live and his coaches and friends all say he was a great guy back in high school. Thankfully they won that game, but I had a feeling that Brady would come back at the end as he always does.

It does not bode well that they barely beat the jets not long after a shutout vs NO.

I know. And I'm a Niners fan as well. Jimmy G gives me a lot of stress, other than being one of the hottest guys to look at. Luckily Trey played well in the second half. There was a lot of swearing in our household in the first half lol.
