Metroid Dread especially after you kill the 3rd EMMI it takes off. All those ability gains….. faps furiously

Game Pass has been the best service.

Yeah same.

Had a couple of games where he reviewed them extremely well, but I found them absolutely crap tier. He was obsessed with Control, and that was one of the most boring games ever created. He was also shilling pretty hard for Cyberpunk.


Still a good dude though, always appreciate stuff from his pov.

Feel you so hard on Control. Probably my least favorite game of the past decade. Complete trash IMO. But it's a taste thing. You couldn't pay me to play FF14 yet he says he has sunk thousands of hours into it.

Either way, he produces great stuff and the way he lays out his opinions you can easily decider what you will agree and disagree with.

I'm actually surprised you hated control and love debt standing. Legit thought it'd be the reverse lool.





Honestly, MS buying Remedy studio was probably a lol and huh? moment from me. imo they havnt made a good game since Max Payne 1 ... I know a lot of people love Alan Wake, but I havnt played it so I cant comment. Control was pure ass and Quantum Break looked pretty boring as well and that's coming from someone who loves his single player "sony type" games.

Bro I'm so mad I never gave this series a shot when it came out. Always been a huge fan of Sci fi media and I didn't expect the RPG and skill tree elements in the series to be so good. After years passed I didn't bother with the games because I thought they would be outdated. The first game was okay, didn't wow me too much and I felt its age a little. Had lower expectations going into the second and it absolutely blew my mind and the third was brilliant and felt just as great. Really admired the music, locations and how much work was put into the environments, species and their rich histories. Spent lots of time just admiring places and getting immersed in the mass effect universe.

Will definitely play again when I get my ps5. Can't wait.

Was their Xbox crew allowed to vote? LoL. J/K they all seem really unbiased there and the opposite of the fanboys here. I remember hearing the review for the new Halo and one or a couple people on the Xbox side essentially said "great game but not GOTY".

Kindafunny is mostly PS fanboys and that annoying nintendo fanboy Tim getty's I think. ... I think it was greg that had that PS I love you podcast alongside colin ..... But kindafunny games is chit as fuk now. After they cut ties with Colin Moriarty over his political leanings they've turned to absolute chit. Colins still great, but both Colin and Greg were such a good duo, each of them doing stuff separately is just meh.

yea shin megami tensei V is a switch game and the franchise that persona spun off from. Tales of Arise is a namco-bandai "tales of " game like symphonia or vesperia, just the latest entry. He seems like a big fan of japanese games.
