I liked the guy, go ahead and neg away.

He never sucked up to the mods, they sucked up to him.

He was very honest about his problems with alcohol and put it all out there.

Since he gave up his beer time for gym time he's made some incredible gains and epic lifts.

You might make a case that those gains included the Cell Tech,

But anyway, that's the end of my Haiku.

Never really got the hate for him, but then again I’m not a regular here. From what I saw he just posted lifting vids & argued with the occasional retard in r/p. Was weak that he left when his reps got reset though.

Yeah I was wondering, thanks for confirming. Was kind of a magical strength progression.

I did it for one comp, was pretty amazing, I was invincible. You know how you get sore and have aches after a heavy session? There was none of that, I could have trained heavy chest every day and felt great, Got a huge rash on my back that didn't go away for like 8 months though.

Something I don't regret doing but something I'll never do again.
