All the more reason it would be awesome if they did.

I know it's kind of absurd - but isn't your job as head coach to make the best calls to maximize going to the playoffs? Either of those two teams could easily beat the other. It would literally be doing your job at the highest level to. People praise players who have not run in touchdowns and instead let the clock run out. This is just that in the extreme.

no way NFL would let this happen.. BUT i think if somehow this game goes to like 28-28 legitly and goes to overtime we could see some "we'll we tried but we tied"

the raiders wanted to win you idiots. At the end of that game why not give youselves a chance to kick the field goal and avoid certain defeat going to kansas city in round 1?

They absolutely had something to gain. If raiders voluntarily tied instead of at least trying everyone should have been fired
