I use gels, Irish Spring original scent. I would recommend whatever soap you use, get some Japanese scrub washcloth. Really good at exfoliating your skin and you can hit the back pretty good with it. I have a different one then link, but will be ordering that one

I actually use Johnson's Head-To-Toe Baby Wash and Shampoo, I even use it for face wash. Works well for oily type skin that’s sensitive
