Drinking Ages You So Fast.... stop drinking alcohol

saw this bartender chick over the weekend that I haven't seen in about 3 years. We used to be fwb. She's 31 and still a bartender...... GOOD LORD

bish used to be legit 8/10. tall slim polish bombshell

Now she's like a 4. BROOTAL.

still thin everywhere else but i can see a beer gut. Hair looking all thin. She has a lot of eye white, because her face started drooping, so you can see the bottom of her eyeballs more. Legit nightmare stuff.

Honestly, all this is due to drinking. Look at Conor Mcgregor these days. That dude drinks. he looks 50

Alcohol is bad for skin indeed, it's a diuretic. Same with coffee. Avoid these two

not nearly the same. alcohol is actually a poison for the body and legit serves to burn up collagen and moisture in the body.

meanwhile coffee,

Conversely, as shown in Table 3, coffee consumption was positively related to the length of telomeres. Specifically, for each 100 g (3.55 oz) of coffee consumed, telomeres were 15.0 base pairs longer, on average, after adjusting for the covariates (F = 12.6, P = 0.0013). With consumption of coffee indexed using cups instead grams, telomeres were 33.8 base pairs longer for each cup of coffee consumed. With the sample delimited to only coffee drinkers (n = 3024), telomeres were 17.9 base pairs longer for each 100 g or 40.3 base pairs longer per cup of coffee consumed per day, with the covariates controlled (F = 9.1, P = 0.0053).

Bar Maids always look washed up if they stay in the game. Between binge drinking and coco use nightly, its no surprise. Knew quite a few gals who got wrapped up in the restaurant/bar life back in my early 20's. Theyre all a mess now and still doing the same bs in their mid 30s.

Its true, my sister started drinking(heavily) a year ago. She has aged a good decade, its insane. Also have a friend who is pretty much alcoholic and every so often he stops drinking for a month and starts to look WAY younger.

these are celebs with the lowest stress line of work with the best skincare money can buy. yet they look older than their age.

Mel Gibson looks 80 now

Colin Farrell is only 45. he looks like he's in his 50's.

Yeah, to much alcohol can be a problem with aging.

With that said I have two uncles both in their 80s who as long as I've known them, have a fondness for beer. And they both appear young for their age.

Then again it tends to run in the family. My father and other uncle don't drink much alcohol and both appear young too. Dad is nearing 80 and is often mistaken for my brother. I'm not that fond of this.

In my opinion the drink that ages one the quickest is milk.

as a celebrity you have no excuse to age like that.

he's older than Farrell and still a leading man

in their last movie together Farrell had to resort to looking like this

Guy I worked with was a heavy drinker but didn't look done in. Told me he would cover his face in noxema before bed nightly and wash it off in the morning, whatever the case it seemed to keep a younger looking face.
