I would get a booster and take a few sick days off around it so I can get over it. Electrolytes, OJ, Chicken Noodle Soup, etc. I never get to use sick days anyways, kinda hard to justify when you work remote.

EDIT: Might also take it easier in the gym for a month, srs.

The booster made me so sick and I'm still dealing with the side effects from it 2 weeks later. I have constant dizziness.

I had flu-like symptoms for 3-4 days after and I don't get the flu.

I'm pissed off at Dr. Fauci rn.

the chances of serious adverse effects of a booster are still extremely small. I'm not too worried about it.

The booster fuked up my health. 2 weeks later I still have dizziness and vertigo and feel like chit. The Dr. gave me meds for the dizziness.

I also have elevated liver enzymes which came out of nowhere after the booster. It could be because I took a lot of Tylenol for the fever I had for 4 days.
