Crazy muscle soreness and pain from covid

I’m on day 12 this muscle soreness just started a couple days ago. It’s like DOMS x10, especially in my calves it hurts to walk. Any remedies or idea how long this will last?

Covid has nothing to do with your calve soreness.

Not sure, it might just be a coincidence.

Obviously you haven’t had covid, maybe you should educate yourself on the topic.

Muscle pains are one of the symptoms

Yeah being sick will make you feel tired and lethargic in general - it's why it sucks to fall ill.

It’s completely different I’ve had the flu and fatigue before but never anything like this

I guess if you haven’t had a bad case you wouldn’t understand

Day 12? Are you 60 years old or something?

I had muscle soreness day 1,2 and 3, that's it. Day 4 I wanted to get back to the gym but had to wait a few more days due to isolation. Had it mostly in my back and traps. I also worked out pretty hard the day before and the day the symptoms began. LOL

Just do everything you can to recover quickly

It’s a weird illness. My gf experienced weird pains all over the body, not like flu-like pain but bruising of sorts. Touching her skin gently hurts her.

Meanwhile, I got insomnia. Nearly 3 days without any sleep whatsoever, like my brain lost its capability to sleep no matter how tired I was. Sleep deprivation is bad under any condition, it was a lot worse on top of a flu.

yeah it was pretty bad but i think that you might have a more severe infection since you've been sick for 12 days - maybe you have the delta?
