What happened to TV intros/themes??

IN SHORT: TV intros, go back to that culture. That pumped up/effort induced unique masterpieces from pre 2011.

Like, when I was growing up, watching TV was a big deal. Whether it was Eggheads, or F1. It was watched for hours on end.

Best part of most TV shows was their insane intros, intros that I used to blast on loud speaker because they were so good.

Funnily enough, back when you guys were youngsters (1995-2013), you guys probably didn't care about discussing Hannah Montana or Spongebob even whilst jacked, cos nobody cared. I mean, it's what existed alongside our upbringing.

There are so many examples to choose from, WWE? John Cenas intro blasting metal with flashy douchey huge text. Epic. Scrubs? MTV Cribs? Phineas and Ferb? Mr Bean? Silly and fun. All those shows like Yugioh or Suite Life of Zack and Cody? Pretty cool. Every single show from pre 2013 had an act of seriousness, for which their introduction showcased that to a point.

Fast forward 10+ years? Culture for TV intros/TV is basically to copy and paste but make it gay and awkward? Having pitiful 20%+ bf clowns being ugly and pathetic, there's just 0 character, just lost souls itching to get back on their iphones/social media, discuss their "mental health issues", push some weird political garbage which I don't even understand nor care about.

Terminator? Rambo? Insane music and they're movies.

But seriously, when I finally grew up, I was kind of disappointed that TV just plummeted. Honestly thought it was going going get more badass and douchey, but noooo, they made it into this low test peachy environment of trash that honestly pains me to even lay eyes on it, let alone listen to it.

But yeah, the old TV style. Looks a ton better than the current trash. Don't care too much, old TV existed and that's the best part.

Epic intros here, just look at how badass they are, each of them unique and awesome. (I know 1 of them is not TV, but Yo elliott is an example of the awesome intros that don't exist anymore. Especially with him as the background being huge in shades)

JACKASS.

MALCOLM IN THE MIDDLE.

NITRO CIRCUS.

YO ELLIOTT.

DRAGON BALL Z.

CHARMED.

BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER.

ZOEY 101.

TEEN CRIBS.

Oh and let's not forget how ****ing badass/awesome this was on each movie intro.

This would never look as epic as it did if created today. I swear the minds of the guys born in the 60's/70's had the most epic/ultimate brains ever. Literally wires to perfection. They were in their 20's/30's/40's creating these epic scenes and forming our past world.

The pussies born in the late 90s/00s (who incidentally grew up with all this epic material) created all this fanny pussified trash these days. So bizarre.

It's not bizarre once you understand that generation zoomer have no personal identity to claim

I'm not quite sure what those generation labels are, I never looked into it, sounds gay.

Either way it's pretty disgusting/disgusting, culture used to be so rich and epic before. Every person so unique and crazy. Whether they're spazzes half dead doing steveo stunts or articulate pompous bitches, there was a nice balance which was so perfect.

0 personas in clowns these days, I hate it.

Honestly, there's just so many out there. They just pumped out an insane amount of material from 2000-2011. Honestly, I thought I only watched perhaps 10 TV shows ever, turned out to be 100+ pre 2011. Maybe 2 post 2013.

These days 99% of material is from YouTube clowns or some Internet based stuff. Sucks so hard, especially since it's going unnoticed.

Haha! I forgot about Baywatch having that music.

That's another thing, in these intros the girls are built like models who eat salads only and the guys are jacked and ripped. What happened to that? Was so common backt hen, choosing the most eye candy people out there, was awesome.

Right? I was like fuk yeah watching that. Just tons of ripped dudes and hot babes. Now days, there would be every minority group, body size and sexual orientation represented. The story lines wouldn't be about rescuing people and having fun and looking good doing it, it would be about social issues and activism and blahblahblah. God forbid you just show hot people doing cool chit.

Couldn't have conveyed that message better myself.

Especially that line about looking good doing it. Clowns these days are showcasing their stretch marks whilst doing something mid scene, I mean, come on, time and a place like. Shows like Xfactor and the got talent shows really showcased this when 90% of the contestants were telling a sob story before they even began their act, wasn't even based on talent. They all sucked. I think that was the gateway to everyone on this planet claiming mental health as the easy way out.

99% of the angles they would shoot in baywatch would start at their chiselled oiled up mid section, was so awesome. I swear most TV shows before had guys with jaws that could tear a phone book in half, obliterates the chubsters they have on TV now.

I don't know what clown took that kind of stuff away from TV. I meant, with our modern tech, it should've been 10x better, except it's 1000x worse.

Take a deeper read again.

Shows still have themes, except they're full of ugly people with pitiful music with very specific boring personas. Picture Mr Bean without his fun attitude and theme song.

Yeah exactly that, honestly can't believe this is happening at all. We're designed to be our own person yet people are carbon copies of eachother. Walked into a hair dresser and all they have on the walls are those piece of trash short back and sides haircuts. Literal robots, pathetic.

mJpNmYeooQE[/youtbe]
Yeah, even shows like this which don't exactly fit my criteria end up being fine. Look at the effort involved in shooting the sceneries and stuff.

Even the camera quality, (like the subtle distortion (noisy image), small sensor etc. It just looked amazing, far better than this peachy pristine camera quality capturing insects on the ground or a some gross makeup. It just looks gay to me.).

I also noticed a lot of peopled watch stuff based on their IMDB ratings. I do that sometimes for movies as a baseline.

Shows like punkd and Johnny test or whatever are ridiculously low on IMDB, sheep's would gloss over that and watch the top 10s. Then discuss with their friends how good it is and hate it.

Happened at the gym once. Talking about roids and how badass they are. Building guys like John Cena and Ronnie Coleman, some moron PT came over and started knocking on roids, 20 seconds later everyone was telling stories on how roids are the worst things on this planet? It's like their voices/thoughts immediately got overthrown.
